How do I access merit badge completion records for Merit Badge Challenges in 2026 and later?

The completion records can be found by following these directions:

1. Log into https://scoutingevent.com/438/Login/
2. In the upper right-hand corner, click on your name and select View Activity
3. Select the event that your Scout attended, then click View Registration
4. Click on the Reports tab
5. Scroll down and choose either Blue Cards-Plain Paper or Blue Cards-Merit Badge College or the Badges- Incomplete report

Your Scout needs to turn these completion records into the unit leader or advancement chair of their unit.

The unit leader or advancement chair then records their completions.
