How does my Scout receive recoginition for merit badge requirements completed at Merit Badge Challenge or other Council merit badge opportunities?

All council merit badge opportunites track the merit badge completion records through our registration system, Black Pug. Whoever created the registration will have access to the completion records. After the event, you can follow these instructions to download the completion record(s):

1. Log into https://scoutingevent.com/438/Login/
2. In the upper right-hand corner, click on your name and select View Activity
3. Select the event that your Scout attended, then click View Registration
4. Click on the Reports tab
5. Scroll down and choose either Blue Cards-Plain Paper or Blue Cards-Merit Badge College or Badges - Incomplete report.

Your Scout needs to turn these completion records into the unit leader or advancement chair of their unit.

The unit leader or advancement chair then records their completions.
