- Unit Roster: A printed roster of all youth and adults on-site to turn in at your Sub-Camp HQ.
- Medical Forms (Parts A & B): Must be completed for every participant and held in the campsite by the unit leader.
- Climbing Forms (Optional): Signed forms for Scouts planning to use the climbing tower.
