If you can't log into Scoutbook Plus or my.scouting.org, try the following steps.
- Visit techhub.scouting.org, scroll to Reference Links and click on System and Service Status to discover if that platform is having service issues.
- Make sure you clear your cache and cookies.
- Use the Chrome browser, and try Incognito mode.
- You can also visit the Scoutbook Knowledge Base and use keywords to search for answers.
If you can't remember your username or need your password reset, please contact the council. Do not create a new account.
